Woke up ate one yogurt 70 calories. 2 cups of coffee 120 calories , boost 240 calories,healthy choice smoke chicken panini 310 calories. 16 slices of peppers 70 calories,one fruit cup 60 calories, two vitamin waters 120 calories,another boost 240 calories,one cup of rice 220 calories,one piece of fish 220 calories, one cup of veggies 50 calories, one fruit cup 60. calories,and another vitamin drink 60 calories.=1,840
